What areas do you cover?
I’m based in Renfrewshire and I can cover all areas in Scotland. Your wedding venue location will never be a problem for our collaboration!
Are you the right Wedding Planner for us?
I offer a Free Planning Consultation to all couples who are interested in working with me. It is usually during this consultation that we both know if we are a match for each other. Trust your instinct and focus on the relationship you are willing to have with you planner. I do sincerely hope we are right for each other but I will always understand if you do not feel the same way.
How to book your services?
You can contact me through my website contact page, by email at contact@mademoisellewedding.com. Through Instagram or Facebook DMs and by phone at (+44) 07498 204330. I will send you the link to book your Free Planning Consultation. After our consultation, I will send you my proposal. If you are happy with it, all is left is signing the Agreement Letter and T&Cs and paying the deposit. That’s you all booked to work with me! YAY!
How many hours will you work for us?
There is no limit on the amount of hours I work when planning your event. I am happy to be involved in any aspects where you require assistance. The only exception is the legal part such as submitting your paperwork etc. On the day of your wedding, I will be present for a minimum of 10h. Additional hours can be added if required.
What happens if we need to cancel?
This would be very unfortunate but if you need to, drop me an email and I will send you the cancelation form. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable. This helps protecting my business from turning down other booking on your wedding date. Any work undertaken by us or expenses incurred at the date of cancellation must be paid by you, and those Fees paid are non-refundable.
Do you take commissions?
Absolutely NOT and I’m very proud to be a non commission business! Should any discounts be offered from suppliers, I will passed them to you, my client. I work tirelessly to negotiate all contracts for you and I aim to get you the best price on everything without neglecting on quality.
We don’t live in the UK, can you still help?
Of course! If your wedding is in Scotland but you live abroad, I am more than happy to be your eyes on the ground! Time zones are not a problem, we can always find solutions!
Will you be present on the day?
Yes, for a minimum of 10 hours. The duration of my attendance of your big day depends on the service you choose and if you want to add on more hours. This is something we will discuss during our First Consultation. Should you wish to have me stay for a longer period, feel free to reach out and we will sort it out.
Why would we need a Wedding Planner?
My main goals are to be there for you and to help you by saving you time, money, stress, keeping you on budget and providing tips and tricks to plan the most beautiful day of your lives. I am here to bring you a peace of mind on your day, where all you have to worry is to enjoy yourselves with your guests! More information to be found on the blog.
Is the Wedding Planner making all the decisions?
Absolutely NOT! During the entire planning process, I will be working in full cooperation with you. You are the one in control of your event, however I will be here to assist you and to make the magic happen for you!
The venue has a Coordinator, do we still need a Wedding Planner?
The Venue Coordinator’s role is to take care of everything in relation to the venue itself such as looking after the in-house staff, catering etc. They do not act as planner for the wedding. Should a Venue Coordinator be present on your day, your Wedding Planner will mostly look after you and your guests and any other aspects that do not involve the venue.
Do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions that were not covered above.
