Savannah is a superb wedding planner and coordinator – we could not have hoped for more. From the first call 6 weeks out we knew our wedding was in good hands – Savannah is incredibly detail orientated, full of wisdom and experience, and completely committed to making your wedding as magical as possible. On the day Savannah and her assistant fixed issues before I even knew they existed, kept our day to time but never in a way that felt like we had to cut special moments short, and were such a lovely presence throughout the day. Could not recommend more highly!

Having Savannah from Mademoiselle Weddings as our on-the-day coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. If you’re considering hiring her, don’t hesitate. Just do it! We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better person to have by our side. From our very first conversation, Savannah’s communication was excellent and we immediately felt at ease. As the wedding approached, she took care of every detail and worked seamlessly with all of our suppliers, allowing us to stop worrying about the logistics and focus on enjoying the excitement of the lead-up to our day. Whether it was helping with a dress tear, assisting with wardrobe emergencies, or simply helping us stay calm in emotional moments, she was always there exactly when we needed her. Our suppliers all commented on how fantastic she was to work with, and many of our guests mentioned how helpful and professional she was throughout the day. It was clear to everyone how much care and effort she puts into her work. Beyond being exceptionally organised and incredibly talented at what she does, Savannah is also a genuinely kind, warm and fun person. She brought such a positive energy to the day and it was a real pleasure getting to know her throughout the process. Savannah, we could not thank you enough for everything you did leading up to the wedding and on the day. Planning a wedding weekend 300+ miles away was no easy task and we would have never been able to do this without you. It was amazing to have multiple choices for all our vendors and even if we wanted more you were able to do this so quickly. Keeping us on track with planning and budget was perfect. Always available for regular meetings and any last minute queries. On the day you always said it was just our job to get married and everything else you would take care of and this is exactly what it was. Booking Savannah as our on the day coordinator was truly one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. She was amazing from start to finish and truly made our day come together like a dream. Savannah is an absolutely incredible wedding planner; we can’t even begin to describe how perfect our wedding was thanks to her work. We and our 50 guests who traveled from France couldn’t stop raving about this magnificent, perfectly orchestrated day. The Scottish vendors were all fantastic and of exceptional quality. The months of wedding planning were incredibly stress-free thanks to our monthly meetings, all the email and WhatsApp exchanges, and her outstanding professionalism. We knew we were always on track and progressing smoothly with the organization. Thanks to her experience, she leaves nothing to chance and always thinks of everything, even things you would never have considered. It was also a huge plus to know that Savannah consistently suggested fantastic vendors who were perfectly suited to our budget. On the big day, all the coordination was handled perfectly, so we weren’t stressed and we and our guests were able to fully enjoy the day. As a self-admitted perfectionist, planning my wedding day was always going to be an incredibly overwhelming task. When others suggested I hire a co-ordinator I always shut the conversation down because I truly felt that nobody would be able to put the same level of care and attention to detail into it that I could myself. After attending my close friend’s wedding just a few months before my own, and witnessing first-hand the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes to make sure everything goes smoothly, I reluctantly admitted that I might need some help. My friend reached out to Savannah on my behalf and I’m so grateful that she did. Savannah was an absolute asset from the first conversation, she took time to understand what we had envisioned for our day, and we felt reassured at every stage that she was going above and beyond our expectations. In the lead up our wedding day, she took over all communications with our vendors and only really required our input to make final call on decisions which was such a relief as I was struggling through a difficult first trimester! On the day itself Savannah was so hard working, so detail-orientated and full of positivity that she made the whole day feel so effortless. Having Savannah there meant that we could really relax into the experience knowing that everything was taken care of. Her input was invaluable, and she thought of things we would never have prepared for. For example, Savannah recommended hiring white umbrellas for our guests as we walked between our city centre venues and the resulting photos of our black-tie guests walking through the city centre under bright white umbrellas are some of our favourites from the day. Practical and gorgeous, and importantly, not something we would have prioritised ourselves. We cannot recommend Savannah enough and will be forever grateful for everything she did for us. Not only is she a fabulous co-ordinator, she is also just a fabulous person and lovely to have by your side on your wedding day!

If you are questioning whether to book Savannah, JUST DO IT. BEST thing we did for our wedding. We were in two minds about hiring a wedding coordinator for our (semi) DIY wedding. However we, genuinely, could not have had the stress-free, joyful day that we did without her. Savannah was our Angel. We had a few bumps before and our day (stories to tell!) but she made it perfect. Amazing communication throughout. So organised. Our day was just wonderful. So thank you.

There are not enough words to describe how invaluable Savannah was to my husband and I during both the planning process and on the day of our wedding! From the very first meeting I knew that she was the one and her helpful communication, organization skills, and problem solving methods make her an exceptional wedding planner. We lost our venue (that we had booked 18 months in advance) just 2 months before our wedding. We used Savannahs ‘on the day’ coordination services however it was far from just on the day support. Savannah was amazing and contacted us in the lead up to the wedding and took charge of the organisation. We had a last minute supplier cancellation and Savannah was very calm and sorted it within half an hour. Savannah was a calming presence on the day and I honestly cannot recommend her enough.
