I will guide you every step of the way for the first or last 3 months of your event.
Please find below all the information about this “Three Months Planning” package:
What to expect?
First 3 months
• Two hours consultation* to go over your event and understand where you are. This will be held either in-person or over Zoom. (The Zoom link will be sent by email with instructions on how to log in.)
• One consultation per month to discuss the progress.
• Sourcing the venue suitable for your event.
• Arranging and co-ordinating your visit to venues.
• Researching and negotiating** with up to 3 suppliers to fit within your budget.
• Creation of your wedding budget.
• Provision of a checklist of all tasks to perform for the remaining of the event.
• Guidance for the rest of the wedding to plan.
Last 3 months
• Two hours consultation* to go over your event and understand where you are. This will be held either in-person or over Zoom. (The Zoom link will be sent by email with instructions on how to log in.)
• One consultation per month to discuss the progress.
• Review of all the planning done so far.
• Review of all suppliers and venue contracts.
• Confirming and verifying paperwork with all suppliers
• Review of the budget with suggestions to help reduce the costs if needed.
• Researching and negotiating** with up to 3 suppliers if needed.
• Coordinating all suppliers on the day.
• Attendance for a total of 10h on the day***.
Additional admin tasks can be added to this package. Do not hesitate to ask me during our first consultation.

**as part of the negotiation, please note that I will not take any commissions. Every price you will get from a supplier will be a price I would have negotiated for your best interest.
***Additional hourly charge will apply for any extra hours of assistance required on the day.
Documents provided

The full breakdown of tasks performed will be detailed in the proposal after the first consultation. A checklist of tasks to perform will be provided as part as the first 3 months planning.
Your event planner spreadsheet will be produced by your planner. This includes all the information regarding your event, the list of tasks to perform and your budget. This will be available to review during the monthly consultations.
A detailed timeline of your wedding will be produced up to 2 days before your event. This is only available if I intervene 3 months before your wedding.
Communication
Most of the communication will be done by email. Please allow a minimum of 24h for me to get back to you.
I am also available over the phone during office hours (9am – 8pm) for any question you might have.
Your preferred communication method will be discussed during our first consultation.
Investment
The fee is starting from £1,700 and will be tailored to your wedding’s needs and the tasks your planner will perform. All of this will be discussed during the first consultation and will be detailed in the proposal. Payment instalments are available, do not hesitate to ask your planner to learn more about them.
Applicable additional charges: Any mileage over 100 miles and overnight accommodation should it be required.
